At filings, operated by THE OTHERSIDE STUDIOS LLP, we provide a sophisticated automated software service (SaaS). Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate operational costs incurred upon service activation,all payments are final and non-refundable.
Upon subscription activation, our system immediately allocates server resources, establishes communication with government portals, and provides access to proprietary automated filing logic. These actions incur immediate and irreversible operational costs. Therefore, we do not offer any cooling-off periods or refunds once a transaction is completed.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your dashboard. However, the cancellation will only apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days in a billing cycle.
Refunds will only be considered in the case of duplicate payments arising from a technical error in our payment gateway. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 business days after verification.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for delays caused by government portal maintenance, downtime, or technical changes on the GSTN network. Such outages do not qualify for a refund.
